Got Questions about Toku? We got Answers!
Everything you need to know about bringing a Toku Entertainment machine to your business.
How does hosting a Toku Crane machine work?
It's simple! We partner with businesses to place our crane machines in their establishments. We handle installation, stocking, and ongoing maintenance while you provide the space and earn a share of the revenue generated.
How much does it cost to host a machine?
There are no hosting or installation fees! We provide the equipment, manage the inventory, and handle maintenance, making it an easy way to generate additional revenue without the hassle of operating a machine yourself. A refundable security deposit may be required.
Do I need to pay anything upfront?
No upfront hosting fees are required! However, a refundable security deposit may be required before installation. If applicable, your deposit will be returned once our machine is removed from your establishment, in accordance with your hosting agreement.
How does revenue sharing work?
We believe in partnerships that benefit everyone! Your business receives an agreed-upon percentage of the revenue generated by the machine. We'll discuss the details and determine an arrangement based on your location and business needs.
Can I rent a crane machine?
Absolutely! In addition to our revenue-sharing partnerships, we offer crane machine rentals. Whether you're interested in a temporary setup or a longer-term arrangement, contact us to explore available options and pricing. Note that rentals are extremely limited and may not be available at this time.
Do you sell crane machines?
No, we don't sell crane machines. Toku Entertainment specializes in hosting partnerships and rentals, allowing businesses to enjoy the benefits of our machines without purchasing or managing the equipment themselves.
Is there a trial period before committing to a machine?
Absolutely! We understand that every business is different, which is why we offer trial periods to see how a Toku crane machine performs at your location. Most trials range from 30 to 90 days, giving us time to evaluate performance and determine whether a long-term partnership is the right fit.
How much space does a machine need?
We currently offer two machine sizes to accommodate different spaces and business needs. Our smaller machines are ideal for locations with limited floor space, such as smaller retail shops, checkout areas, and compact waiting rooms. Our standard machines are better suited for spacious lobbies, entertainment venues, and high-traffic retail locations. We'll work with you to find the right machine and placement for your business!
Who maintains and restocks the machines?
We do! Our team handles prize selection, restocking, routine maintenance, and servicing. Your staff can focus on running your business while we take care of the machine.
What kinds of prizes do you offer?
We're all about prizes worth winning! Our machines feature curated selections of quality plushies, collectibles, trading cards, and other exciting finds. We focus on offering prizes that stand out from traditional crane machines and keep customers coming back.
What happens if a machine needs service?
We've got it covered! If a machine experiences an issue, simply contact our team and we'll coordinate the necessary servicing or repairs to get things running smoothly again.
How do I get started?
Just reach out! Tell us a little about your business, available space, and customer base. We'll discuss your goals, explore potential machine options, and determine whether a Toku crane machine is a good fit for your location.
